T-Bone Case 7

Abnormal enhancement with probable nodular thickening involving the left 7th nerve. Abnormal enhancement is contiguous intracranially into the intracanalicular segment, contiguous through the geniculate ganglion and contiguous dorsally. Findings suspicious for facial nerve schwannoma, less likely related to bells palsy.
