T-Bone Case 5

Additional hx provided of VHL. 

Multilobulated serpiginous lesion involving the left petrous temporal bone centered at the expected location of the vestibular aqueduct. The lesion demonstrates T1 and T2 hyperintensity and mild enhancement. Hx of VHL. Findings suggestive of endolymphatic sac tumor.
