T-Bone Case 3

Case of Wall Up Mastoidectomy and displaced TORP revision:

Postsurgical findings of left-sided canal wall up mastoidectomy. 

Prior total ossicular chain reconstruction (TORP) on the left, with the medial end of the prosthesis now terminating on the oval window. Lateral aspect of the prosthesis appears to abut and bulge slightly beyond the tympanic membrane into the external auditory canal.
