Major Findings
- Small subdural hematoma along the right tentorium cerebelli
Teaching Points
The cerebral falx and tentorium cerebelli should be paper thin.
This is a subtle case, but symmetry is your friend: note the thickness of the right tentorial leaflet compared to the left.
